Abstract
In this code, the energy spectra of nuclei and the first- and second-order reduced nuclear matrix elements for coupled-channel calculations are computed. To describe the structure of the target nucleus, the Davydov-Chaban model, including quadrupole and hexadecapole modes, was used. Interacting potential is expanded in power of deformation paramemeters up to the second order terms, including the quadrupole and hexadecapole modes. The nuclear spectrum of Davydov-Chaban model is also computed. A search procedure of model parameters on the basis of the experimental spectra is included.
