Questionnaire administered to real estate developers and construction companies adopting modular construction

The interviews and their respective transcripts were conducted and produced in Brazilian Portuguese. The questionnaire and interviews are part of the research project "Product Design and Production System Management for Modular Construction: A Lean Value Chain Management Perspective", funded by the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) under Grant No. 421370/2023-8, and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Campinas (CHS-UNICAMP) under CAAE No. 84513224.1.0000.8142.

The original research project involved interviews with managers from 13 organisations, including real estate developers, construction companies, designers, and suppliers. To address the objectives of the article associated with this dataset, the data collected from seven organisations were considered, all of which are classified as real estate developers and/or construction companies.
