River and Lake Surface Water Elevations from Nadir Radar Altimeters in the Congo River Basin (1995 - 2021)

It is based on time series from ERS-2, ENVISAT and ENVISAT-2, SARAL-Altika (repeat cycle of 35 days), JASON 2&3 (repeat cycle of 10 days) and SENTINEL 3A&B (repeat cycle of 28 days). File Name description: 1) for rivers: R_Basin_River_M_XX: virtual station (VS) from M mission located in a basin (Congo) on a river from XX (where M and XX represents respectively the satellite mission and the distance from VS to the river outlet).

R stands for the river product. 2) for lakes: L_Basin_Lake: VS located in a basin (Congo) on a lake. L stands for the lake product. File description: The file for both river and lake products are organized as follow: The header in comment (#): Lat stands for the latitude of the VS Lon stands for the longitude of the VS Mission_Track stands for the satellite mission and the ground track of the satellite.
