Data and code for: Length-weight relationships of nineteen stream-dwelling fish species from an Atlantic Forest coastal basin, southeastern Brazil

The repository includes the raw data file “biometricdata_Pereque.csv,” an R script (“lwr_analysis.R”) that reproduces all analyses, and the resulting outputs, including “results_lwr.csv” with the final LWR estimates and “results_lwr_table.html” with a formatted table.

The dataset contains the following variables: Species (species name), Length (total length in mm), and Weight (body mass in g). Length-weight relationships were estimated using the equation W = a × TL^b, which was linearized as log(W) = log(a) + b × log(TL). Models were fitted using ordinary least squares for each species.
