<p dir="ltr">Since the popularization of the Equal Earth projection, there has been renewed public discussion about the choice of map projections for world maps.
Description
In response to recent public campaigns and media interest regarding map accuracy, the ICA Commission on Map Projections aims to offer clear but nuanced guidance on choosing world map projections, including when equal-area projections are appropriate.</p>
