Collection of secondary socioeconomic and clinical data from a randomized sample representing the hypertensive patients of a family health unit located in a low-income neighbourhood of Campinas-SP.
Description
The data was collected from a Electronic Health Record system between the months of August and October, 2025, with the purpose of conducting a Master of Sciences Dissertation in Improvement of Healthcare Processes. It was later used to write three original papers to be submitted to scientific journals.
