Factors Influencing the Human Resources and Supporting Systems for Expatriate in International Companies

In general, the management of international business focus on human resources , but most of Taiwan\'s business don\'t have enough experiences and knowledge about how to manage their expatriates. Recently, Taiwan\'s businesses have accumulated many international experiences and have developed the international human resources management system fit the business in Taiwan.

This research is to survey the supporting system of human resource management in international business in Taiwan. The finding are: the international stage related to human resource management and supporting system focus on the second to the fifth stage, and different human resource management and supporting system was used in different internationalizing stage.
