Climatic niche evolution in New World Monkeys (Platyrrhini)

The dataset "Raw_data_primates" has 140 species of New World Primates, 19 bioclimatic and one topographic variables.
Description
These dataset was made through the interpolation of the shapefiles of species ranges, that are made avaliable in NatureServe, with the 20 variables from WorldClim. The values were standardized and a subsequent PCA were carried out.
The dataset "PCA_scores_primates" includes the results from the first two principal components that were selected for further analysis using the broken-stick method.
