The Research of Hybird Case-Based Urban Redevelopment Planning Support System

Therefore, in the moment of accomplishment of the Taiwan urban redevelopment, how to plan and use the planning support system to acquire the redevelopment experience and update the information in the support system and to make the result more effective is the main objective of this research. Based on the above description of the characteristics of the urban redevelopment, the case-based system is to be adopted. With the past experience of the support expert and with the simple but accuracy feature of the rule-based system, more sufficient professional knowledge are acquired and the corresponding rules and regulations are updated.

With the above acquisition and update, the hybrid cased-based support system is used to build a proper structure of the urban-redevelopment support system. In addition, the key factor of the success of the support system construction depends on acquiring the problems of plan precisely. Therefore, the characteristics and the corresponding implication of the urban redevelopment case will be discussed and the behavior of the developer who is to choose reference cases will also be investigated.

Those are used as the basis of the hybrid case-based urban redevelopment system. In advance, the urban redevelopment planning will expect to be improved through this research.
