Data General Electronic Mail Records (DGMAIL) Files

This series contains records representing electronic message traffic between the United States Trade Representative (USTR) in Washington, D.C., the USTR in Geneva and other government agencies. Information in the messages includes business, commerce, international trade and tariff related subjects.

Messages reflect official actions taken in the course of conducting USTR business. Messages convey statements of policy or the rationale for official decisions or actions. Messages also give information on USTR programs, policies, and decisions.
