Description
Data are represented by CLSM Z-stacks (DAPI, EdU, pH3, ac-alpha-Tubulin) stored in .ims format. Z-stacks contains the original image and Imaris-generated spots used to count nuclei/EdU-positive nuclei.
This part of the dataset includes Z-stacks of the following reaggregation stages: 1) true primmorphs (TP), 2) primmorphs with developing aquiferous system, intermediate stages (IAS). Other parts of the dataset are available by Related links.
