Description

Salem Hamdan (85 years old from al-Ubeidiya) interviewed by Ibrahim Salem. He discusses the following: locust plague and how it covered the land; a man told them to dig a hole in the ground and fill it with Saej (صاج) to get rid of the locusts; spread of diseases such as cholera.

Original audio recording: cassette tape. Transcript: word for word. In the original collection at Bethlehem University this cassette tape was categorised as File 23 of Box 18.
