The catalogue of county-level seed plants in Northwest Yunnan

This region possess rich plant diversity, but plant distribution data (especially county-level) is far from sufficient. In this study, we archived a catalogue of county level seed plants in Northwest Yunnan using latest taxonomic system, through integration of literature (existing floras, books, new species and new records), specimen and public database involve Northwest Yunnan.

This dataset consist of checklist of 5,447 seed plants species of the 16 county of Northwest Yunnan, including seven parts of data: order name in Latin, order name in Chinese, family name in Latin, family name in Chinese, scientific name, Chinese name and distribution data of county-level. This dataset has research value and will potentially facilitate conservation of rich seed plants species in Northwest.
