Transcriptome and Hormone Regulations Shape Drought Stress-Dependent Fusarium Head Blight Susceptibility in Different Barley Genotypes

Listed in NCBI GEO

This dataset comprises 3'RNAseq data from a greenhouse experiment investigating the transcriptional responses of four spring barley genotypes (Avalon, Barke, Morex, and Palmella Blue) to Fusarium culmorum infection and drought stress.

Description

Plants were grown under controlled conditions and subjected to four treatment combinations: watered + mock (WM), watered + Fusarium (WFc), drought + mock (DM), and drought + Fusarium (DFc).

Samples were collected at 4 and 7 days post-inoculation (dpi) from spikes and used for RNA extraction.
