The IDIs explored healthcare workers' perceptions of working in elevated temperatures on well-being, productivity, mood, and quality of care.

The topic guide for our in-depth interviews with health care workers is available (see uploaded Supplementary File 1, also included in our peer-reviewed journal article). The full dataset will be uploaded once all data analyses have been performed and the dataset is made 'as close as needed' (because of the personal and sensitive data).
