Preprocessed NMR spectra of 53 cats when healthy (H) and six weeks later when experimental asthma has been induced (A).
Description
The preprocessing steps were probabilistic quotient normalization and glog transformation. These preprocessed NMR spectra are ready for multivariate statistical analysis.
The data table is provided in both text and Microsoft Excel formats.
