Transcriptomic profiling of interferon beta-stimulated chicken HD11 cells

To characterize the transcriptional response of chicken macrophage-like cells to interferon beta stimulation, HD11 cells were mock-treated or stimulated with recombinant chicken interferon beta.

Description

Total RNA was extracted from three independent biological replicates per group and subjected to RNA sequencing. Differential expression analysis was performed to identify interferon beta-responsive genes in HD11 cells.
