Brucella ovis BR-body Rif-seq

Wild type Brucella ovis and a BR-body deficient mutant (rne-delta-IDR) were assayed by Rif-seq to measure global mRNA half-lives.
Description
Cells were grown in brucella broth and transcriptional shutoff using rifampicing was performed, and time-points were collected in two biological time-courses.
