This collection include specimen from all over the world. It includes many type specimen use to describe new species.
The MNHN fish collection is one pf the biggest collection in the world. The data are provide to the GBIF, FishBase and other major international databases (2022-01-18). This dataset is an overview of the fish collection data on the 1rst January 2022
