Supporting data for thesis "Chemical manipulation of aqueous droplets and application in diagnostics"

The data is analyzed and processed to be presented in Chapter 2: Interaction of free radical reaction with liquid-liquid phase separation system and Chapter 3: Application of aqueous droplets in diagnostics. The dataset includes an Excel file named "Thesis_Chapter 2 and 3 Figure and Table Data" which contains data description and most of the raw and processed quantitative data for figures and tables in the two chapters.

It also contains folders which categorize data based on experiments and instrumentation.</p><p dir="ltr">"Absorbance Data" contains absorbance measured by a microplate reader. It includes measurement of turbidity of coacervates and sequestration of fluorescent chemicals by PDDA/ATP coacervates.</p><p dir="ltr">"Confocal Images (Brightfield)" and "Confocal Images (Fluorescence) contain images of coacervates captured under a confocal microscope in brightfield and fluorescence mode respectively.</p><p dir="ltr">"FRAP Experiment Data" contains an example of fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) experiments in .nd2 format (as image sequence), FRAP raw data and non-linear fit analysis on FRAP data performed by GraphPad Prism.</p><p dir="ltr">"Movies" contains short videos demonstrating the procedures of antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) performed by our microfluidic device SDFAST.</p><p dir="ltr">"Photos" contains photos taken by a single-lens reflex camera.
