<p dir="ltr">Reproducible analysis code and STROBE reporting checklist for the manuscript</p><p dir="ltr">"Household Morbidity Burden, Health Insurance Enrolment, and Catastrophic Health</p><p dir="ltr">Expenditure in Ghana: Evidence from the Ghana Living Standards Survey Round 7</p><p>(2016/17)".</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Contents:</p><p dir="ltr">- S1_File_analysis_code.py: Python 3 script (pandas, statsmodels, scipy) that</p><p dir="ltr"> merges GLSS7 household and individual modules, constructs CHE10 and CHE40</p><p dir="ltr"> indicators, fits weighted and unweighted multivariable logistic regression</p><p dir="ltr"> models with cluster-robust standard errors, applies Benjamini-Hochberg</p><p dir="ltr"> correction across the six pre-specified interaction terms, and reports</p><p dir="ltr"> events-per-variable diagnostics.</p><p dir="ltr">- S1_Table_STROBE_and_variables.docx: Completed STROBE checklist for</p><p dir="ltr"> cross-sectional studies and a variable derivation table documenting the</p><p dir="ltr"> source, construction, and level of every variable used in the analysis.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">The GLSS7 microdata are owned by the Ghana Statistical Service and cannot be</p><p dir="ltr">redistributed by the authors.

Qualified researchers may request access via</p><p dir="ltr">statsghana.gov.gh. The code is designed to run against the four</p><p dir="ltr">GLSS7 SPSS files listed in the script header.</p>
