Data for Figures 4 and 5 in: "Chiral Fluorescent Antifungal Azole Probes Detect Resistance, Uptake Dynamics, and Subcellular Distribution Differences in Candida Species" (DOI: 10.1021/jacsau.4c00479)

For the folders "C. albicans," "C. glabrata," and "C. parapsilosis":

• Each folder contains images for the respective species, captured during two independent experiments.
• Each folder includes three Bright Field (BF) images and the corresponding three fluorescent images (CFP) per repetition per strain. The files are named using the following format: strain + BF or CFP + image number.
• For example, the file T-280 BF_1.tif in the "Repetition 1" folder under "C. albicans" refers to Bright Field image number 1 of strain T-280 from the first of the two independent experiment repetitions. The folder "Validation strains used in Figure 5D" contains images of the 8 strains used for model validation described in Figure 5C, organized by species. The folder "Models" contains classification models based on the data derived from the images used in Figure 5. Models with the highest precision for classification based on probe uptake alone, cell size alone, and a combination of cell size and intensity are provided. These models were obtained using MATLAB R2021b Classification Learner app with 4-fold cross-validation.
