Job-Stress-Analysis (JSA) 2019–2023

It provides detailed information on subjectively perceived stressors and on employees’ resources at the team, department, and organizational levels. The tool is offered by Health Promotion Switzerland, a foundation that develops and implements measures to promote health and prevent disease in Switzerland on behalf of the federal government and the cantons.

Its objective is to contribute to the health of the working population and to provide organizations with a sound basis for identifying the causes of stress and developing measures for stress prevention. The present dataset includes observations from participants between 2019 and 2023. The data has been anonymized for data protection purposes and is made available to researchers as part of Health Promotion Switzerland's Open Research Data Strategy.
