The dataset provides the monthly phytoplankton data (species composition and abundance - one sampling per month out of four) collected at the Long Term Ecological Research station “MareChiara” (LTER-MC) in the Gulf of Naples (Tyrrhenian Sea, Western Mediterranean) from 1995 to 2015.
Description
The data set also includes environmental variables data (temperature, salinity, nutrients and chlorophyll a) aquired during the same sampling events.
