Genotypic and phenotypic data of ancestral and descendant populations of Viola arvensis in four location of the Parisian region

Ancestral populations was obtained from seedbanks and were collected in the field in 90's-2000's and descendant were collected in the field in 2021. A first generation was grown in common garden in 2021 and genotyped (genotypes.csv).

Using mother from the first generation, a second generation composed of families of 5 siblings was grown in controlled greenhouses in 2022. We phenotyped this second generation (vegetative_traits.csv, floral_traits.csv, floral_display.csv, nectar.csv, seeds.csv, visit_pollinators.csv).
