Processed Multi-omics Data and Cooperative Regulation Index for DNA Methylation and Histone Modification Analysis in hepatic cell lines

This dataset contains processed multi-omics data generated in the study "Construction and Application of a Cooperative Regulation Index Integrating DNA Methylation and Histone Modifications in Hepatocellular Carcinoma".The original DNA methylation, histone modification, and transcriptomic data were obtained from publicly available databases, including the ENCODE project and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). The raw data were processed and integrated to characterize the cooperative regulatory effects of DNA methylation and histone modifications on gene expression.The dataset includes DNA methylation analysis results, histone modification signal matrices, cooperative regulation index (CRI) values, and machine learning prediction results.

These processed datasets support the findings presented in the associated article and facilitate the reproducibility of computational analyses.
