The storage method ensures seed maturity by controlling collection timing and color, guarantees seed quality through water selection, prevents mold by potassium permanganate disinfection, and maintains seed quality and dormancy by low-temperature sand storage.

Post-storage, temperature-changing germination promotion technology further improves germination rate and vigor. The method is simple to operate and can be flexibly implemented according to design parameters based on actual facility conditions to enhance the germination and salt-tolerance of Euryale ferox seeds.
