Description
The five strains are ermB_minus parental JE2(WT), ermB_proficient strain (ALS77), ermB_proficient delta_rae1 mutant (ALS101), ermB_minus delta_purR mutant (MNY221), and ermB_proficient delta_purR mutant (ALS97).
