RNA sequencing for amniotic fluid cells of preeclampsia and control rats

Description
Amniotic fluid cells can accurately present the development of the fetus. We obtained and sequenced the amniotic fluid cells of preeclampsia and control pregnant rats to explore the effect of maternal preeclampsia on offspring neurodevelopment.
