The data integration strategy aims to provide robust topological comparison from both organellar and nuclear perspectives. The dataset includes:a.
Concatenated Plastid Gene Alignment:A comprehensive alignment consisting of 80 protein-coding genes (CDS) extracted from the 134 chloroplast genomes. This dataset is used to evaluate the maternal evolutionary lineage and examine the impact of different partitioning strategies (e.g., no-partitioning, partitioning by gene, and partitioning by codon position) on tree topology.b.
