This paper looks at the 1985-86 influx of refugees into northwest Somalia, aiming to formally analyze early warning information during an actual refugee influx.
Description
It records the history of the influx, explores the reasons behind refugees' flight, identifies factors which might affect the future rate of exodus of these refugees, and identifies obstacles to alleviating the roots causes of the flow.
