The agency collected and used these data to carry out its responsibility to verify compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Description
This series contains data from institutions of higher education that receive Federal financial assistance. Compliance reports were filed by each institution and institutional component including undergraduate, graduate and professional schools at main and branch campuses.
Records include the name of the institution, address, city, ZIP Code, county, Congressional district, degrees offered, total enrollment, and tables of enrollment data by ethnicity and field of study. This data comprises government records extracted from the Archival Research Catalog (ARC). See the ARC catalog entry for this series for more information on this data and how to order it.
