Pandemic Stigma Task-fMRI: Data, Code, and Analysis Materials

Released resources include de-identified behavioral task outputs, experimental materials, IAT scoring scripts, explicit-rating SVM resources, activation–behavior analyses, univariate task-fMRI analyses, trial-level searchlight MVPA, overlap-defined and literature-derived ROI analyses, and representational similarity analyses.Raw and preprocessed fMRI data are not included.

The released neural workflows begin from the intermediate inputs specified in the repository documentation, including first-level contrast images, LSS single-trial beta images, and subject-level MVPA maps where applicable.The root README provides an overview of the package structure and reproducibility workflow. FILE_INDEX.csvdocuments the released files, and checksums/sha256.txt provides package-wide SHA-256 checksums for integrity verification.This repository accompanies the associated manuscript.
