Each dot represents an individual patient sample. Data represent transcript-level expression derived from TCGA-KIRC RNA sequencing datasets.
Comparisons were performed using TCGA transcriptomic data obtained through GEPIA and related bioinformatic platforms. Statistical significance is indicated within individual panels.</p>
