Numbered from 1 to 6, these are fluorescent live imaging time-lapses captured in transgenic Arabidopsis plants, featuring BnCLIP1, a putative lipase expressed in Brassica napus. The videos illustrate its association with the ER and how the ER is involved in stromule formation and the movement of associated chloroplasts.
