RNA-seq profiling of C.elegans treated with bromhexine and genipin

Listed in NCBI GEO

Pharmacological interventions directly modulating ageing could potentially extend human healthspan.

Description

Such interventions should be efficacious in adults and ideally repurpose drugs known to be safe. In this dataset we showed the RNA-seq of worms treated with bromhexine or genipin, two compounds predicted from their effect on longevity-associated modules we identified.
