Measurement of snow accumulation using newly installed snow stake farms during the JASE traverse 2007/2008

Two sets of new snow stake farms were installed in inland of East Antarctica at the JASE Meeting point (75°53’S; 25°50’E; 3661 m a.s.l.) and at CMOS-AWS point (76° 48’ S, 31° 54’ E, 3742 m above sea level). 33 stakes were used for each of the stake farm.
Description
Also, along a route between Dome Fuji summit point and the JASE Meeting Point, a snow stake was installed every 2 km. Data of the snow accumulation will be available if some oversnow traverse team revisits there and remeasures them.
At the moment, initial stake heights are data.
