Replication Data for Hearing loss is reflected in conversational pupil responses

Listed in Borealis

This dataset contains de-identified pupil response, gaze, and voice activity signals from conversations taking place between 24 pairs of older Danish talkers.

Description

Each pair consisted of one talker with hearing loss, and one with age-adjusted typical hearing. Conversations either took place in quiet or in the presence of a 60 dBA or 70 dBA background noise.

The talkers with hearing loss also received one of three levels of noise reduction through a hearing aid that provided no amplification.
