This research was carried out in six construction sites in the city of Passo Fundo-RS, monitoring the monthly consumptions over 5 years. As results, economic, technological and social actions are proposed to improve these indicators. The results show that continuous monitoring and management of water and energy consumption in the construction sites is necessary.

Suggested actions include commitment from the company's management to efficiently use the resources in the construction sites.
