Raw data for paper "Bacteria require phase separation for fitness in the gut".
Description
Protocols and materials used to create these data are included in the relevant paper. The data include the following: 1) raw data from gut colonization competition experiments using Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron strains, 2) images of gels showing in vitro transcription termination assays, 3) microscopy images and the relevant analysis of in vitro phase separation assays using purified Rho proteins
