Sample its intestinal contents for testing.   Using Covaris focused ultrasound to break qualified DNA samples. After adding End Repair Mix and placing it at 20 ℃ for 30 minutes for end repair, the DNA fragment was purified using QIA quick PCR Purification Kit (Qiagen).

Place A-Tailing Mix at 37 ℃ for 30 minutes and add A base at the 3 'end.       Connect sequencing adapters at both ends of the DNA fragment. 2% agarose gel and QIA quickGel Extraction kit (QIAGEN) were used for fragment selection and PCR amplification of several cycles.       The PCR product was purified by 2% agarose gel and the target fragment was recovered by QIA quick Gel Extraction kit (QIAGEN).       Use Agilent 2100 Bioanayzer and ABI StepOnePlus Real Time PCR System for quality control and quantification of the sample library.
