In the study, the questionnaire method was used for the measurement.
Description
The questionnaire was formed of two parts. The first part has six questions to measure the demographical species of the attendees.
The second part has 49 expressions prepared on a Likert scale of 5. The questionnaire was applied to 450 persons from the public officers in Bilecik, Turkey. 337 of 450 were determined as available to be used in the datasheet.
