Project
Office and coded according to the "Ship's Synoptic Code". The variables reported include cloud base height, visibility, cloud fraction, wind direction, wind speed, air temperature, dew point temperature, sea-level pressure, pressure tendency, present weather, past weather, amount of low and middle cloud.
