Each principle is linked to its supporting references and rated by degree of support (strong, partial, or weak) and by nature of support (direct, indirect, or conceptually synthesized), making clear where a principle extends beyond the cited literature. Tables B1–B5 correspond to Pathways 1–3 and, for Pathways 2 and 3, to their sub-levels A and B (see also Appendix A1, Tables A1 and A2).</p>
