Raw data and R Code to do all the analysis performed for the paper "Advancing sustainable LED solutions to mitigate light-pollution impacts on arthropods".
Description
Including data for both flight-active insects and ground-dwelling arthropods combined (PT_TRF_all.csv), flight-active insects alone (ALANeX_PT_all_clean_control.csv) and ground-dwelling insects alone (ALANeX_TRF_all_clean_control.csv). For the NMDS analysis, there is a data set for the flight-active insects (ALANeX_PT_NMDS.csv) and the ground-dwelling arthropods (ALANeX_TRF_NMDS.csv).
For the Morans I use the 'ALANeX_MoransI.csv' dataset.
