Journal of Studies in Religion, Spirituality & Management; No. 18

Published by Research Institute of Hawzah and University "Hawzah wa Dāneshgāh Research Institute" from 2012 Since the Journal of Studies in Religion, Spirituality & Management (JSRSM) was established in 2012, it has become the first port of call for academics interested in the spiritual and religious aspects of managing and organizing. It serves three large communities: (1) Students, scholars and practitioners of spirituality as pertaining to management and organizations, (2) Management academics and practicing managers, (3) Scholars in religion studies and of religious affairs.

JSRSM serves as a meeting forum and fosters cross-fertilisation in these communities. We encompass, without prejudicing any belief or none, a multitude of interests and concerns. JMSR wishes to define the field through conceptual, theoretical and empirical understandings of JSRSM that include: interdisciplinary and multi-methodological approaches—all spiritual and religious traditions—examining the relationship between JSRSM and society – critical, theological and philosophical reflections on JSRSM—metaphysical explanations of JSRSM.
