The data has been gathered as a result of contact being made with the housing welfare section indicating that someone either requires housing advice/ information or a housing welfare social work service.
Description
The information is processed initially to assess the client's situation and ascertain whether the housing welfare service can be of assistance to the client. Records are subsequently kept to document developments in the case and the actions taken by housing welfare staff.
