The International Terrorism: Attributes of Terrorist Events (ITERATE) provides a wealth of information for those who wish to analyze international terrorism beyond selective or anecdotal references.

Description

The project quantifies data on the characteristics of transnational terrorist groups, their activities that carry international impact and the environment in which they operate. The ITERATE dataset is the most comprehensive and frequently-cited publicly-available dataset on transnational terrorism.

This dataset consists of two three parts: The Common File, the Codebook and textual data. Textual data is sorted by month Please note: the Codebooks are labelled a year ahead of the data that they correspond with (ie. 2019 Codebook goes with 2018 Data)
