This dataset comprises individual-level data from participants in the POPVAC A randomised controlled trial.
Description
POPVAC A was conducted among schoolchildren from Koome islands, Uganda (a schistosomiasis-endemic setting). Variables include data on socio-demographic characteristics, helminth infections, vaccine-specific responses, and stool and plasma markers of gut inflammation and microbial translocation.
