This dataset consists of 298,210 scholarly abstracts published between 2015 and 2024 in the field of infectious diseases, sourced from the PubMed database.
Description
To facilitate temporal analysis, the dataset is organized chronologically, providing one separate data file for each year from 2015 to 2024.Each annual data table is structured with the following fields:PMID: The unique PubMed Identifier for the article.DP: The Date of Publication (typically including the year and month).TI: The Title of the scholarly article.AB: The full text of the article's Abstract.This collection was specifically curated to support the construction of complex dependency-syntax networks for the purpose of identifying disciplinary research hotspots and dynamically tracking their evolutionary trends.
